My point is this year there were some path breaking movies made , experimentation , the technique and all other aspect getting an upgrade .. First and Foremost , the couple from Vicky Donor *Apologies to their parents , On-screen couple*
The very well know VJ Ayushman Khurana broke the stereotype and did a time travel to the big screen , and What to say about the gorgeous bong he romanced with in the film , The actress that was googled as "Actress of Vicky Donor" now is dreamed by a thousand romeos .. Yammi Gautam ..
The content was also great and eventually the 20 Cr. investment brought back atleast 60 Cr. of revenues ..
Next came the most awaited debutant of all time , Well her movies were all hit and most of you must have watched them before but this time she was wearing clothes in them *A bit of them* .. Yes to cast a shadow on Sunny Deol's first name , our very own Sunny Leone , Mahesh Bhatt went in to the Bigg Boss house to offer her the lead role for Jism 2 .. She played a pornstar in the film , so I can say she was in the character ...
Going by the date of release , the second one making a mark was Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra ..
The "Aafton ke Parinde" as the film showed them turned out to be pretty noticeable and the film was a Hit .. Although technically it was not a debut for Parineeti but as a lead actress Ishaqzaade was dear to her ..
Next came the debutant that urgently should be married , no she is not the only girl in the world but her last name sounds a bit creepy , Yes you guessed it right Diana Penty .. *Always keep in mind there must come a red line under her surname* ...
Some might say it was a wrong selection for her to step in to the ring with Deepika Padukone but "Tumhi Ho Bandu , Sakha Tumhi Ho" was all she needed to make an impact , The Cocktail actress certainly appeal to the audience as an Indian Meera .. The film also grossed 75 Cr. for crying out loud .. *All Thanks to Honey Singh*
Your first film collect over a 100 Cr. precisely 120 Cr. . A dream debut ? Not exactly , Just like Diana Penty , Iliana D'cruz agreed to start with a established actress aside . But the Barfi newcomer payed a hefty price as she was not given much of attention because of the brilliance of Priyanka and Ranbir ..
Then there were quite a brilliant actors in Gangs of Wasseypur , but all were character actors not lead ..
To conclude the year came the "Debutantes of the Year" .. Yes the trio of "Student of the Year" ..
The Karan Directorial had something for both the genders , The girls got Sidhart Malhotra and Varun Dhawan and the guys were just face flat on Alia Bhatt .. The film is still running on the screens , the content wasn't too good but the charm of the three really caught the youth in a bandwagon ...
Well , the all actors talked about above deserve a standing ovation and a few awards ,
But for me ...
Ayushman Khurana was the Gem of the year ,
Actor and a brilliant singer ... Thank you for "Paani Da Rang" ...
